Valerie Webb

Valerie Webb practices primarily in the areas of real estate, finance and general business law.  Valerie represents clients in real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, financing and development in all types of real estate including medical, hospitality, office, retail, warehouse, restaurants and residential developments.  Valerie also assists clients with general business issues, the formation of business entities, estate planning and municipal issues.  Valerie is a past chairperson of the Real Estate section of the Tennessee Bar Association and currently serves on the Real Estate Law Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association.  Valerie is very active in her community; she is a past president of the White House, Tennessee Rotary Club and is Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce for White House, Tennessee.
