Our Staff
Patti Robitaille is an Escrow Officer at Valerie Webb & Associates. She has been in the title and real estate business for over twenty-nine years. Originally from Columbus, Indiana, Patti relocated to Tennessee in 2015, Patti’s education background includes studies at Ball State University, Indiana Mortgage Academy, and Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana.
Patti began her career in the title insurance industry in 1993 as an escrow assistant. Patti went on to work with a statewide builder in Indiana in their mortgage department as a loan officer. Patti was the owner of Prime 1 Mortgage Company for eight years, a co-owner and licensed real estate broker of a real estate company, and a mortgage underwriter for a local Indiana Bank for four years. In 2010 Patti returned to the title industry as a business development officer.
Patti is well-regarded by lenders, real estate agents and clients for her experience and proficiency. She is detail-oriented and always provides the highest degree of customer service.
Lisa Hodges is our residential closing manager and originally joined our Residential Real Estate team in 2011 as a processor and closing agent. Lisa began her career as a real estate agent in 1994, later as principal broker of two real estate offices, and entered real estate closing services in 1999.
She studied General Business at Volunteer State Community College, Tennessee State University and Middle Tennessee State University.
Jill Kummer, Firm Administrator, is responsible for overseeing Valerie Webb & Associates’ daily business operations. In addition, Jill manages the accounting for the commercial and residential real estate practice and assists in the residential and commercial closing process.
Jill received her M.B.A., M.A. and B.A. from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, as well as a B.A. in Accounting from University of Kentucky, Lexington.
Chandra Escue is the Legal Assistant/Post-Closing Coordinator at Valerie Webb & Associates. She joined our team in December of 2021 and is responsible for maintaining daily operations, ensuring all our clients receive the services they need, and facilitating internal and external communications. In addition, she also handles our title policies and post-closing tasks.
Chandra is originally from Kentucky, where she studied at Lindsey Wilson College, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services & Counseling in December of 2020.
